MOVIE REVIEW

TITLE: Fist Fight

DESCRIPTION: 2017 comedy about a teacher challenged by a fellow teacher to an after-school fight.

DIRECTED BY: Richie Keen. This was his first movie. He's best known for directing episodes of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. He has a cameo in the Apple Store.

WRITTEN BY: Van Robichaux and Evan Susser based on an idea from actor Max Greenfield, who also served as a producer.

STARRING:

STUDIO: Warner Brothers. Director Shawn Levy (Night at the Museum) served as a producer.

MY TAKE: It was okay. Had its moments.

NOTES:
  • Premiered in Los Angeles.
  • Made $41 million on a budget of $25 million.
  • Filmed in Georgia.
  • Cute Guy Alert
    • Twin brothers Charlie Carver and Max Carver. A running gag has the MILF guidance counselor seducing one of them. Shame they didn't show them fucking.
    • Austin Zajur. The 21-year-old plays a cocky blackmailing student.
